 Salon Protocol will include the following with no exceptions.

If you can not adhere to these requirements please contact me before you arrive at the clinic so we can rearrange your appointment for another day and time.

  • Courses of action: To screen clients prior to arriving for appointments by asking them to fill out the Covid questionnaire online at www.kewbeautyclinic.co.uk 72 hours before your arrival to KEW Beauty Clinic

  • All new clients will be asked to fill out consultation forms which will be sent to you via email, please fill out and send back to me or print off and fill out to bring with you, with out completed paperwork you will forfeit your appointment and will need to reschedule. This will reduce the amount of waiting time during your appointment.

  • Only 1 client to attend the clinic at a time, no waiting area will be available, those clients requiring chaperones I will advise you as required prior to your appointments.

  • Appointment times will be extended for each client to allow for sterilizing equipment, products and surfaces before, during and after all treatments.

  • No walk-ins will be permitted, pre-booking appointments is an essential part of keeping social distancing between clients, the front door will be locked, please be on time.

  • Masks will be provided for clients but I would strongly advise you wear your own mask for use during your appointment.

  • On arrival l will take your temperature.  If this reading causes any cause for concern you will be asked to leave the clinic immediately and seek medical advice, otherwise you can proceed to the bathroom to wash your hands for 20 seconds with soap and water.  I will wash my hands in the kitchen space at the same time.  One drying towel per client to be put straight into the laundry bin provided.

  • After your treatment has taken place I will leave the room with the door open allowing you access straight to the bathroom to wash your hands again before departing the clinic.  I am encouraging all clients to rebook online using my website www.kewbeautyclinic.co.uk I will advise you about how many weeks to leave in between appointments.  

  • All mobile phones are to be left in handbags, and no magazines will be available for use during your time at the clinic.
